
Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Support Specialist to provide advanced technical assistance to our internal users across various platforms. As the first line of escalation for complex technical issues, you will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Tier 2/3 technical support via multiple channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Configure, manage, and maintain networking equipment.
- Administer user accounts and access in multiple platforms.
- Manage SaaS applications, handling provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee Microsoft Intune administration for device compliance, app deployment, and policy management.
- Support macOS environments and assist with employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role.
- Strong networking experience with Juniper switching and wireless, and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in macOS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Intune administration and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) administration.
- SaaS administration experience with Zoom, Slack, and 1Password.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems.
- Strong documentation skills and ability to handle escalations.
