Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients through various channels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical assistance to customers via email, phone, or chat platforms.
  • Identify complex issues and escalate them to senior members of the technical team to ensure seamless resolution.
  • Offer ongoing training and guidance on product features and best practices to help customers maximize the value of our software platform.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Support, or Account Management role within a software environment.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role with strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with a customer-centric approach.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and adapt communication styles to diverse audiences.
