Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate business support documentation requirements for onboarding of agency partners or merchant clients.
  • Check and confirm merchant clients for onboarding and enrollment to the EN portal.
  • Approve correct and complete enrollment requests of agency partners to the AB platform in a timely manner.
  • Monitor progress reports of day-to-day operations to ensure critical issues are addressed and escalated accordingly.
  • Coordinate operational issues and concerns with Business Support Head or Platforms Business & Shared Services Head to evaluate their impact on operational implementation, delivery, and timeline.
  • Consolidate product group reports to initiate referral reports to agency partners and facilitate the referral fee payout due to them.
  • Execute renewal/cancellation/termination of agency partners in accordance with business unit standard policies and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance to internal and regulatory policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any business and/or marketing-related course.
  • Preferably 2-3 years experience in similar function in documentation, risk management, BSP, and/or SEC Regulatory.
  • Skills: MS Office applications; Program Management; Management and Analytical skills.
