Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Rooms Coordinator to support the successful operation of our Rooms Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences through precise execution of daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Rooms Division Manager to maintain consistency in service delivery and operational standards.
  • Serve as a champion for the Princess MedallionClass experience, driving day-to-day operations with precision and contributing to an elevated onboard environment.
  • Support the implementation of MedallionClass technologies to enhance guest and crew touchpoints.
  • Monitor and address service shortfalls promptly to maintain high-quality guest experiences.
  • Engage with guests and teammates professionally, providing personalized support that reflects exceptional customer service values.
  • Resolve guest concerns efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, communication materials, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of departmental trainings, inspections, and compliance documentation.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of guest service requests, including OceanNow orders.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new team members, including OCEAN device issuance and system updates.
  • Manage technical maintenance requests accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Securely collect, issue, and document Stateroom Steward master keys according to protocol.
  • Collaborate with the Hotel Storekeeper to ensure inventory items are stocked and available for daily operations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in hospitality operations or administrative coordination is required, preferably in a cruise or large hotel setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is necessary.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Meet maritime medical, safety, and legal compliance requirements for shipboard employment.
  • Familiarity with guest service principles and willingness to deliver outstanding service to our guests.
  • Personable communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
  • Ability to continuously surprise and delight guests throughout their cruise experience.
