Job Description:

  • The successful candidate will assist in the day-to-day operation of our hub, ensuring high productivity levels and efficiently meeting Hub KPI's. This includes parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving of in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
  • Conduct team briefings and document minutes of the meetings.
  • Support monitoring the hub's performance and implement process improvement initiatives & projects to increase Hub productivity.
  • Create, review, and validate reports of the Hub.
  • Assist Customer Support team in call outs to solve customer support escalations.
  • Handle payment transactions and other payment processes.
  • Coordinate with agency coordinators in overseeing agency teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • Bachelor's Degree Holder
  • At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution. Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
  • Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment
  • Experience in payments processing or similar function
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Able to work anywhere in the designated Cluster
  • Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules
  • Continuous learning mindset; able to perform administrative tasks in hub operations
