
Business Development Representative

Imagine a role where you have the autonomy to drive sales growth and help businesses succeed in today's fast-paced market.
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with customers and clients, acquiring potential sales leads, and coordinating with the sales and marketing team to nurture these leads into effective campaigns.
Key duties include:
- Developing and maintaining a sales prospecting database or CRM
- Researching market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices
- Following up with leads through various channels
- Implementing criteria for qualifying leads and monitoring conversion rates
In order to excel in this position, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist
- Excellent English communication skills
- Impeccable interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in lead generation software and online marketing channels
- Familiarity with current technologies
Beyond your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
This is a full-time position with flexible hours (20-40 hours per week) and offers a competitive salary package based on experience.
