Job Title: Transformational Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformational Growth Manager to spearhead strategic engagements that define transformational opportunities and articulate clear plans for execution of change programs.

This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the direction of large and complex projects, driving delivery of expected outcomes and positioning yourself as a business contributor, industry and product specialist.

Prominent responsibilities include:

  • Shaping and leading the execution of large and transformational engagements at our most strategic customers.
  • Driving delivery of the expected outcomes for each engagement and acting as a main contact within these engagements in a billable capacity, ensuring tight alignment with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintaining executive relationships and partnering with Account Partners (Services Salespeople) to lead pre and post-sales activities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this challenging role, you will require:

  • Relevant experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services.
  • Experience operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large and complex implementation projects.
  • Demonstrated technical and/or functional proficiency, and ability to engage with architects or Subject Matter Authorities in pre-sales activities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive-level presence, and experience working in a client advisory role.
