Job Description

As a lead account manager, you will oversee a team of account managers in your region, responsible for managing relationships with hotels and technology partners.

Your primary objective is to grow Agoda's footprint in your area by implementing strategies and promotional activities with partners.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Conducting market research into industry trends to ensure competitiveness;
  • Representing the company at relevant events to promote the brand and products;
  • Developing and owning relationships with key decision makers at hotels and technology partners;

Additionally, you will work closely with the management team to build a strategy to increase Agoda's presence in the region, and coordinate with senior management on strategic planning and objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent; an MBA is a plus;
  • 5-10 years' experience in sales in a fast-growing globally operating travel/e-commerce company;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience leading successful teams in e-commerce or travel industry roles;
  • Strong Excel and data visualization skills;
  • An analytical mindset with proven track record in using data to make decisions;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate value propositions;
