Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our compensation and benefits department.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies, salary scales, and incentive structures
  • Oversee benefits enrollment, renewals, and eligibility tracking
  • Monitor compliance with regulations and laws
  • Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking
  • Maintain updated position salary bands and coordinate compensation adjustments
  • Oversee employee communications and engagement related to benefit programs
  • Coordinate with HRIS and payroll teams to ensure accurate pay setup and deductions
  • Resolve escalated employee concerns related to payroll discrepancies or benefit enrollment
Requirements
  • Advanced understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills
  • Ability to manage complex processes and communicate effectively with diverse staff
  • Proficiency with HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration systems
  • Discretion, integrity, and attention to confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data
