
HR Timekeeping/Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications:
- A graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course.
- With at least 3 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in: timekeeping / Compensation and Benefits Administration
- General knowledge of HR functions and processes
- Strong working knowledge of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, etc.) and payroll processing.
- Proficient in HRIS tools and timekeeping systems is a strong advantage.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.

- Has a positive work attitude and demonstrates leadership qualities when needed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
