Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Benefits Data Entry Specialist to join our team.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and analyzing eligibility management cases in accordance with client requirements and specifications.
  • Additionally, the individual will ensure data accuracy and compliance with company rules and regulations, including quality management systems, information security management systems, and environmental health & safety standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities, are required for this role.
  • The Benefits Data Entry Specialist will work closely with other departments to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process and analyze eligibility management cases according to client requirements and specifications.
  2. E nsure data accuracy and compliance with company rules and regulations.
  3. Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve project goals and objectives.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
