Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled HR Benefits and Payroll Specialist to join our team in the Philippines. This position will involve managing employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate and prompt payroll processing, and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for detail, outstanding organizational abilities, and a solid knowledge of payroll and benefits best practices.

Payroll Administration
Benefit Enrollment
Compliance and Reporting
General HR Support

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Strong understanding of payroll systems and benefits administration.
Familiarity with local labor laws and statutory benefits (e.g., social security, health insurance, retirement plans).
Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paycor, QuickBooks) and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
Knowledge of tax laws, deductions, and filings.

Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Experience:

Knowledge of Employment Laws and Regulations
Tax Compliance and Calculations
Payroll Software Knowledge

Schedule: Night Shift from 6pm to 3am (Monday to Friday)

Can start on July 1, 2025
