Job Summary

As a compensation and benefits manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategic design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs across the organization.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee end-to-end compensation and benefits strategies and processes.
  • Implement competitive compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze salary data from regular surveys and develop compensation policies.
  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with senior management to forecast costs and impact of compensation and benefits plans.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations concerning compensation and benefits.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure optimal plans, options, and rates for health and other insurance benefits.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of leadership experience in compensation and benefits.
  • Strong background in salary structuring and benchmarking.
  • Proven experience in payroll oversight and vendor management.
  • Deep understanding of local labor laws and statutory benefits.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
