Job Summary
The Account Officer is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between clients, vendors, and the internal planning team. They handle communication touchpoints, follow up on vendor requirements, manage documentation, and maintain relationships to ensure each event runs efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesClient Coordination:
- Act as point of contact for client queries regarding timelines, deliverables, and required documents.
- Provide regular updates and follow-ups on project milestones.
Communication & Calls:
- Handle outbound calls to vendors, suppliers, and event partners.
- Escalate urgent matters or client concerns to the planning team.
Administrative & Project Support:
- Assist in building event-specific trackers (budget, checklist, logistics).
- Update client files and ensure all data is organized in the project folders.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
