Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales Manager in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, site inspections, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and booking records
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Liaise with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Banquets, Housekeeping) to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events
  • Monitor and track sales targets, performance metrics, and promotional campaigns
  • Support the planning and execution of sales events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives
  • Handle guest feedback and escalate concerns to the appropriate team members
  • Ensure all sales documentation is accurate and compliant with hotel standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a hotel sales or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
