Business Development Position

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients.

  • Conduct in-depth analyses to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Develop tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of each client, leveraging our portfolio of products and services.

  • Engage with customers and prospects through regular communication channels to build trust and convert leads into sales.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans and tactics for achieving sales targets.

  • Utilize advanced sales techniques to generate new business opportunities and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions are maintained within CRM software.

  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and the BPO industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.

  • Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for driving business growth.
