Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PH Time
Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga
Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to assist Sales Account Managers in converting quotes to orders and ensuring timely delivery. You'll coordinate with suppliers, manage order progress, and provide excellent customer service. Strong communication, time management, and computer skills are essential.
What You'll Do:

Prepare and produce quotations

Assist in the preparation and approval of artwork

Process sales orders accurately and promptly

Organise product samples for Account Managers

Place purchase orders with suppliers
-
Coordinate deliveries and freight logistics with couriers
-
Use the operating system to manage orders, track progress, and identify potential issues early

Generate customer invoices and enter supplier invoices into Commonsku

Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions

Support warehouse operations when required, including packing orders

Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
