Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Lead

Job Overview:
As a B2B Outbound Specialist for a solar account, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential business customers over the phone to promote solar energy products and services. Your main goal is to generate qualified leads and secure appointments for the sales team, contributing directly to the company's growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Make high-volume outbound calls to business prospects to introduce and promote solar solutions.
Follow a structured sales script while also adapting conversations based on customer responses.
Identify and qualify leads based on client needs and interest.
Schedule appointments for the sales team with decision-makers in target businesses.
Maintain accurate and updated records of calls, customer interactions, and appointment details in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
Answer inbound inquiries and provide relevant information to potential customers.
Address customer questions, handle objections, and assist in resolving minor concerns.
Participate in regular team meetings, coaching, and product knowledge training.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or B2B customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident phone presence with a persuasive and enthusiastic attitude.
Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
Familiarity with CRM tools
