The role of an HR Business Partner is a pivotal one, supporting various business units and leaders in making strategic decisions regarding Talent acquisition.
This position entails developing and implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing key business objectives and identifying human resource strategies that can significantly improve bottom line results and employee-related gross margins.
- Familiarity with all key business initiatives and goals for each supported area is essential.
- Talent solutions must be delivered to address challenges affecting business success.
- Collaboration with team members is necessary to deliver exceptional talent initiatives.
- A "Trusted Advisor" relationship should be developed with key leaders at multiple levels.
- Cross-functional collaboration with COE teams across human capital, total rewards, development, payroll, talent acquisition, and legal is required.
- Day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, career development, disciplinary actions) as well as managing and resolving employee relation issues are integral aspects of this role.
- Support for various HC activities including employee relations, compensation administration, job evaluations, policy interpretation, etc. will also be provided.
