Job Title: Partner Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Partner Growth Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our affiliate program. This individual will be responsible for establishing partnerships, negotiating deals, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our affiliate network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with potential affiliate partners who align with our brand and target audience.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective partners, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Manage the performance of our affiliate program, tracking activities and optimizing results.
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with key partners to drive growth and revenue.
  • Expand our affiliate network by engaging with smaller partners and negotiating mutually beneficial deals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and achieving significant growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
