Job Title

The Lead Specialist for Learning Innovation plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of work. This position is responsible for designing and implementing learning solutions that drive business growth and talent development.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute blended learning training programs to enhance skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training needs with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with external clients to ensure training meets their requirements.
  • Report to the Senior Manager, Learning & Development, and contribute to a global operation as part of a world-class team.

A typical day involves defining and maintaining a dynamic skills taxonomy, creating living role profiles, integrating skills intelligence across HR technologies, and partnering with analytics teams to generate insights from skills data.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Learning Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in talent development, workforce planning, or HR technology.
  • Strong understanding of skills-based talent frameworks and work architecture.
  • Experience with HR systems (LMS, ATS, HRIS) and their integration via APIs or middleware.

Behavioral skills required include strategic thinking, excellent collaboration, strong communication, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to navigating ambiguity and driving clarity through structure.
