RemoteVA PH is actively seeking a Technical Support Specialist with expertise in AppSheet to join our growing team If you're experienced in AppSheet development and enjoy supporting and troubleshooting smart business solutions, this is the perfect role for you.

Job Description:

As an AppSheet Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintenance, and support to our clients' AppSheet-based applications. You will collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

-Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications

-Support end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration

-Provide recommendations for improvements and automation

-Assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability

-Document issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows

-Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective support

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in AppSheet development and technical support

-Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and data structure logic

-Analytical thinker and problem-solver with strong communication skills

-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

-Experience working with international clients is a plus

Tools You'll Be Using:

-AppSheet

-Google Sheets

Working Schedule:

-Full-Time

-9 AM – 5 PM EST (Night shift for PH-based applicants)

-100% Work-from-Home
