Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend optimized solution designs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Possess a working knowledge of various technologies, including JavaScript, C++, and HTML scripting.
- Expertise in Contact Center platforms, tools, and best practices is highly desirable.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Professional Services Implementation position.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in supporting global customers across multiple geographies.
- A strategic thinker with excellent soft skills and customer service best practices.
