We are seeking an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for:ResponsibilitiesDevelop a communication plan with stakeholders. Construct and maintain the detailed IT project plan based on the client goals. Incorporate each workstream's prioritized requirements and tasks into the overall project plan.

Schedule regular meetings with stakeholders to coordinate activities and track progress. Manage technical workstreams separately (i.e. CCaaS, CRM) from the broader project team for focused attention on their tasks and challenges. Communicate project status reports and highlight risks to leadership, using analytical and problem-solving skills to proactively discuss trade-offs.

Guide stakeholders with project management best practices. Hold key resources accountable for their deliverables and deadlines with the right level of credibility and empathy. Maintain an action register and ensure clear commitments are made by the necessary stakeholders/owners (who will do exactly what by when).

Qualifications3 years of Project Management experience.2 years of Customer facing experience.2 years of Contact Center systems experience a plus. PMP certification a plus. Solid experience working with Agile/Waterfall Methodologies.

IT Infrastructure experience a plus. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience using standard software packages (i.e. Jira, MS Office (Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Google Suite, etc.
