Join our organization as a Customer Care Specialist where you will be the first point of contact for clients in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing and potential customers with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding standard credit card transactions, account maintenance and online support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a well-informed and courteous manner.
  • Identify customer needs through customer contact while simultaneously reading/updating customer information on the system.
  • Analyze information presented by the customer and take next steps accordingly based on the nature of the inquiry.
  • Escalate issues when necessary, adhering to established procedures.
Requirements

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The ideal candidate should have analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work within time constraints, and possess strong keyboarding skills (min 25 wpm). Additionally, they should be flexible and willing to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends.
