Become a key member of our dynamic IT Support Team, providing exceptional technical support and customer service to internal teams. As an IT Support Specialist, you will resolve common IT issues remotely, including PC, Mac, and Chromebook troubleshooting.

Develop solutions that meet users' needs while adhering to company policies, meeting SLAs and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other IT support staff on operational procedures and troubleshooting, providing training on new hardware and software as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work within the IT Support Team to provide timely and effective support
  • Ensure accurate documentation of systems and processes for end-users and IT staff
  • Ongoing evaluation and improvement of Service Desk processes and policies
  • Systems administration of core IT services, including process automation and configuration

We are looking for an experienced professional with 3+ years in technical support or helpdesk roles. You should have experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Bettercloud, and other major SaaS applications, as well as proficiency with MDM solutions (JAMF, Kaseya) and IDP/SCIM Provisioning. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant experience is also required.
