About the Role:

This entry-level position is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to launch a career in sales.

  • Candidate Profile: Self-starter with excellent communication skills, ability to type 20+ words per minute, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects.
  • Sales Outreach: Make introductory calls and clearly communicate the value of MCI's call center outsourcing and staffing solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the executive team.
  • CRM Management: Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around MCI's services to engage and convert prospects.
Qualifications:
  • Mandatory Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older, Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to type 20+ words per minute.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in customer service, inside sales, technical support, or administrative roles especially in a contact center environment, experience working in state or federal programs is a plus.
