Account Coordinator Role

This is a mid-to-senior level sales and business development role within our organization. As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating programs in Salesforce to ensure accurate data entry. You will also update programs with changes, maintain accurate records between Salesforce and internal tools, collect and organize client deliverables from partners, share approvals with clients, QA landing pages, submit edits before sending to the client, deliver leads and reporting details to clients weekly as directed, submit track and deliver creative requests for campaign launch, assist with proposals by collecting and compiling quotes templated slides and other requested documents, assist Client Success with QBR/Renewals by working with internal operations team and client to collect necessary data for reporting, own recurring client report creation and/or updates to external dashboards, run weekly reports and own dashboard updates for use in company standups, and respond quickly to all internal emails/requests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate data entry in Salesforce
  • Maintaining accurate records between Salesforce and internal tools
  • Collecting and organizing client deliverables from partners
  • Sharing approvals with clients
  • QAing landing pages and submitting edits before sending to the client
