Job Title: Client Engagement Officer

">Job Description:

The role of the Sales Support Specialist is critical in supporting the firm's sales and client conversion efforts. This position primarily focuses on sales and client engagement, helping the firm retain and convert more leads.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support lawyers during online consultations to ensure a smooth session and clearly understand client needs.
  • Prepare accurate and professional consultation summaries and meeting recordings promptly after each session.
  • Ensure strong follow-up by addressing all client queries and preventing any leads from going cold.

  • Conduct cold calls to introduce the firm's services and generate new business.
  • Follow up with leads who previously made enquiries but did not proceed with a booking or consultation.
  • Identify and follow up with clients who were unable or did not successfully book a consultation.

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally, answering phone calls, emails, and messages.
  • Book and confirm client consultations and meetings.
  • Assist lawyers and legal assistants with creating electronic files and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Follow up with clients for appointments and next steps.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and client invoices.
  • Support basic accounts administration and internal task coordination.

  • Assist in creating marketing materials, including articles, presentations, and social media content.
  • Assist with other marketing-related tasks as required.

Requirements:

This is a remote role that requires collaboration during core business hours. The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and welcoming online. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential. Prior experience in sales, client service, or lead generation is preferred.
