Job Title: Business Development Specialist
About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to drive new business opportunities and support our sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting, primarily through email, to identify and engage key decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound prospecting via email to set qualified meetings
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Personalize outreach messaging to maximize engagement and response rates
- Manage and track outreach activity, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling in CRM
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy and messaging
- Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest improvements
- 3–6 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role with a focus on email outreach and meeting setting
- Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with CRM and outreach platforms
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be proficient in Gmail, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Pipedrive
