Medical Sales Outreach Executive

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive outreach and engagement with physicians, healthcare providers, and medical equipment distributors in the US.
This role is mission-critical in ensuring strong relationships and follow-through with our clients. You will work closely with partners to onboard doctors, identify new leads, and nurture accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Execute daily outreach to physicians, ENT specialists, and healthcare offices via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Research and identify new prescriber targets.
- Personalize communications to maximize engagement and response rates.
- Log all outreach activity and status updates in CRM systems.
- Monitor assigned accounts for new prescription activity and follow up with providers.
- Ensure consistent, multi-touch engagement with both new and existing prescribers.
- Manage relationships with B2B equipment distributors for bulk orders and discounts.
- Collaborate with colleagues to source new leads and escalate complex issues.
- 1+ year in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or a similar account management role.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with U.S. healthcare professionals.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and outreach tools (Apollo, Halo, LinkedIn, email platforms).
- Ability to work U.S. EST business hours (9 AM – 6 PM).
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setup.
