About the Role

  • As a Customer Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a list of 5,000 leads monthly and running a multi-channel outreach strategy to connect with decision-makers in the DTC brand space.

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

  • Meetings Booked: At least 5 qualified discovery calls per month with decision-makers or strong influencers at DTC brands.
  • Quality Standard:
    • Decision-maker/influencer at a DTC brand within our Ideal Customer Profile.
    • 30-minute call booked and attended (or rescheduled within 7 days).
    • Minimum fit signals logged (revenue, category, pain points).
  • Activity & Conversion: Consistent multi-touch volume with improving connect/reply rates.
  • CRM Hygiene: 100% same-day logging, less than 5% duplicate/error rate.
