Job Position

We seek an experienced professional to assume the role of Business Development Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting with experience in B2B communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish initial contact with potential clients through outbound cold calls and targeted outreach.
  • Qualify leads and articulate the company's offerings effectively.
  • Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments for senior leadership.
  • Monitor and track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM software.
  • Develop and refine call scripts, sharing feedback with the sales team.
  • Manage rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-up efforts.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of one to three years of experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting.
  • Must have experience in B2B communication and relationship building.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls with discipline and resilience.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
  • Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to effectively introduce the company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based clients.
