**Job Summary**

KMC Solutions is seeking a skilled Growth Sales Representative to join our team in the Philippines. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of accounts, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth in the territory.

Main Objectives:

  • Achieve consistent sales growth and exceed targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Philippines.
  • Manage existing accounts and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Accurately forecast and control the pipeline to ensure business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with partners and distributors to scale the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the Philippine market.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven attitude.
  • 5+ years selling complex technology solutions, SaaS, UCaaS, etc.
  • Fluency in English, Tagalog, and/or Visaya.

This is a hybrid role that requires 1-2 days of office work and occasional in-person meetings at partner offices.
