Territory Sales Leadership Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Leadership Manager to join our team at Nestlé SA. As a Territory Sales Leadership Manager, you will be responsible for leading the distributor sales leadership team to achieve Sell Out, Reach, Range and Execution objectives for the assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an annual territory business plan that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the distributor sales leadership team to achieve execution and quality sales standards.
  • Model and coach the Nestlé Way of Selling to ensure excellent execution in support of distributor customer management teams.
  • Provide feedback and insight on execution and commercial issues/opportunities to support the development of Category and Channel Plans.
  • Drive the development of the distributor sales operations through training and coaching on Territory Development and In Call Execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or related field.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
