Synergyadvantage is a leading provider of innovative medical aesthetics solutions. We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales operations within an assigned region.
About the Role
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets for medical aesthetics products.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of medical representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and other healthcare professionals in the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Set individual and team sales targets and provide regular feedback to ensure accountability and success.
- Conduct regular field visits to coach and support medical representatives in their roles.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using Synergyadvantage's products.
- Represent Synergyadvantage at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory and ethical guidelines specific to the medical aesthetics and dermatology sectors.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Provide market feedback to inform product improvements and future launches.
