Territory Sales Manager

Cobden & Carter International is looking for a talented Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities:- Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship building.
- Collect customer receivables in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our products.
- Maintain an active project pipeline to support sales efforts.
- Identify potential customers and grow our customer base through strategic outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to inform business decisions.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies and programs.
- Regularly report on sales achievements and activities using CRM tools and other digital platforms.
- Relevant education or sales experience in the building materials industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other digital tools, including CRM applications.
- Valid driver's license.
Work setup: Onsite
Location: North Metro Manila/South Metro Manila/Central Luzon
