Job Overview

The role of Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for handling various aspects of human resources, including documentation, compliance tasks, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and track leave administration, worker’s compensation claims, unemployment benefits, and accommodation requests
  • Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files with confidentiality
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, background checks, I-9 verification, and exit interviews
  • Respond to employee inquiries and manage the HR inbox
  • Track training, performance evaluations, and employee development plans
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts
  • Generate HR reports and support audits for data integrity
  • Coordinate performance management processes and reviews, generating completion reports and supporting managers and employees
  • Collaborate with payroll processing in coordination with the finance department
  • Assist with compliance and HR leadership on tracking attestations and data privacy adherence
  • Initiate annual employee engagement surveys and consolidate results
  • Coordinate company-wide updates, including monthly meetings and quarterly town halls, partnering with leadership on agendas and presentations

  • Residency within a specific region or neighboring areas
  • Availability to work in Makati (if required)
