Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
    • Develop a talent pipeline to attract top candidates through strategic networking and recruitment channels.
    • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee transitions, including efficient management of attendance and timekeeping reports.
    • Identify high-potential employees and create succession planning strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration:
    • Manage company benefits administration through the HRIS system, ensuring timely disbursements and compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Maintain healthy relationships with payroll teams to ensure prompt payments and adherence to regulatory standards.
    • Monitor employee information, including leave management and file maintenance for accurate staffing report updates.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture Development:
    • Create programs that positively influence corporate culture and foster employee retention.
    • Develop engagement plans featuring activities designed to enhance company culture and boost employee satisfaction.
    • Implement fair performance appraisal systems to facilitate growth opportunities and constructive feedback.
  • Training and Development:
    • Assess training needs and develop tailored programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
    • Organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions to promote learning and development.
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • HR Support Services:
    • Provide administrative support and answer queries regarding HR-related matters.

This role demands exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field is required, along with 3-5 years of experience in human resources, employee engagement, administration, or HR generalist roles in a Shared Services industry.
