Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

Cognizant seeks a skilled professional to support our HR Helpdesk team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting employees with various HR-related inquiries and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee inquiries via phone, chat, and ticketing system with excellent communication skills.
  • Support managers and employees with policy and navigation inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely resolution of queries.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Detailed Task Procedures (DTPs) for completing employee transactions.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for timeliness and quality in handling queries.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-year experience in HR Helpdesk or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with BambooHR ATS and workflow systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
