We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to attract, retain, and engage employees.
  • Recruit and hire top talent by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining accurate records, processing benefits and payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve employee relations issues, provide training and development opportunities, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Conduct new hire orientations, ensure proper documentation, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement changes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
