About the Role

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer with strong generalist experience to support our growing companies. This role covers recruitment, engagement, employee relations, and rewards administration. You will be directly involved in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring employees receive the support and opportunities they need to thrive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and selection for various roles.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to align staffing needs.
  • Handle new hire onboarding and orientation activities.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and company events.
  • Support employee relations by monitoring workplace climate and assisting in grievance handling.
  • Coordinate documentation for promotions, transfers, and other employee movements.

Rewards & Recognition

  • Assist in implementing employee recognition and reward programs.
  • Help organize activities for milestones and achievements.

General HR Support

  • Maintain employee records and ensure policy compliance.
  • Prepare HR communications and materials for internal use.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of HR generalist experience (open to strong candidates with less).
  • Creative skills (Canva proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Flexible and can support different industries.
  • Willing to be based in Makati City/Pasig City.
  • Can start immediately is an advantage.
