Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Department. This includes maintaining accurate and confidential member records, organizing and updating digital documents and databases, assisting in compiling and analyzing data to support the management team, and contributing to engagement programs and diversity efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Member Records: Ensure all member information is up-to-date and confidential.
  • Organize Digital Documents: Keep all HR documents and databases organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist with Data Analysis: Compile and analyze data to provide insights to the management team.
  • Contribute to Engagement Programs: Participate in initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of HR administrative experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
