Role Description
The HR Generalist supports the Human Resources Admin Department by performing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, psychological testing, payroll preparation, compensation and benefits administration, training support, and general administrative tasks. The role ensures smooth HR operations and compliance with statutory and company regulations.
RECRUITMENT
- Maintain applicants' resumes.
- Review application based on the job qualification.
- Administer and interpret psychological tests.
Assist newly hired employees by issuing forms and application
ATM Payroll Application Form,
Philhealth Update/Amendment Form (PMRF),
Pagibig Member Data Form (MDF) and
BIR 1902/1305.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Prepare mandatory reports such as SSS R1A, SSS LMS and R3 Report, Philhealth EPRS, Pagibig Contribution and Loan Report.
- Prepare request for payment for SSS, Pagibig and Philhealth payment.
- Monitor employees' attendance. Prepare timekeeping and deduction summary.
- Assist employees' inquiry regarding benefits such as HMO, SL/VL balances, company loan, SSS and Pagibig Loan and Philhealth.
- Maintain and update personnel compensation and benefits monitoring.
- Monitors Life insurance coverage
- Prepare and release Transportation Assistance for all employees.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Assist in training needs analysis and in the preparation and conduct of company seminars and trainings ( in-house or out-sourced) .
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Safekeep Company confidential documents.
Maintain and update 201 files. - Process company billings.
- Monitor and control office supplies.
- Prepare monthly inventory of office supplies.
- Prepare office supplies requisition based on the budget.
- Assist HR Admin Head in implementing company rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of [X] years experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
