Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Technical Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic role where quality, communication, and urgency are crucial.

This position requires a strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and hiring language. The ideal candidate will have direct experience recruiting for IT and/or Engineering roles, including software, QA, systems, network, mechanical, civil, etc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting top talent for technical positions across IT and Engineering, collaborating with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements, sourcing candidates using various channels, evaluating candidates based on both technical qualifications and cultural fit, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and tracking progress using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit top talent for technical positions across IT and Engineering.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers or clients to understand job requirements.
  • Source candidates using various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative methods.
  • Evaluate candidates based on both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
  • Track progress using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Direct experience recruiting for IT and/or Engineering roles (e.g., software, QA, systems, network, mechanical, civil, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and hiring language.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience using sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) and ATS.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in RPO, agency, or high-volume environments.
  • Familiarity with niche tech stacks or hard-to-fill engineering roles.
  • A collaborative mindset and solution-oriented approach.
