Job Title

This role is responsible for leading recruitment efforts and overseeing talent acquisition functions. The successful candidate will lead the recruitment strategy, manage a team of recruitment specialists, and ensure all workforce needs are met in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable, inclusive, and industry-aligned recruitment strategies
  • Overseeing full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition creation to offer letter issuance
  • Monitoring and reporting on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, retention, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction, and applicant pipeline conversion
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and executives to understand staffing needs and define position requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong leadership and people management background
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment metrics, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making ability

Degree required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Experience recruiting in healthcare, nonprofit, or human services settings strongly preferred.
