Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating various hiring activities within the HR/Recruitment Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hiring Coordination: Coordinate with the HR/Recruitment Department on all hiring activities.
- Candidate Communication: Respond to recruitment-related emails and candidate inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Job Posting Management: Prepare and post job advertisements across various online platforms.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings and perform initial interviews.
- Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
- Background Checks: Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.
- Onboarding Assistance: Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating onboarding tasks.
- Record Keeping: Handle and organize all recruitment records and paperwork.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field.
- At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.
- Familiarity with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and high demand for recruitment requests.
