The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment consulting, utilizing various sourcing techniques such as social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting to find top candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and headhunting talent for business requirements
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Staying informed on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on sourcing and headhunting
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methods and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
