- Maintain accurate records, ensuring confidentiality.
- Execute special projects and submit productivity reports.
- Graduate or 2nd year college diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in BPO or a related field.
- Strong oral English communication skills.
- Able to work night shifts.
- Conversant with Recruitment trends.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of HR software.
- Recruiting Operations Management.
- Team Working.
- Problem Solving.
