Business Development Manager Job Description

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customer influencers and decision-makers.

You will use a value-based selling approach to position us as a trustworthy and superior partner, focusing on added value rather than cost.

  • Develop short and long-term sales plans for strategic customers, determining sales strategies and tactics to meet agreed goals and objectives.
  • Cooperate with internal functions to maximize customer responsiveness and undertake customer meetings, presentations, and visits as required.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be accountable for the entire sales process from lead generation to successful closure of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the iGaming industry.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  3. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of iGaming sales/BDM experience with retail/land-based experience being an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, possessing great interpersonal and diplomacy skills to develop strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Fluent English language skills and proficiency in any Asian languages (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, etc.) are required.
